What an afternoon it was on Tuesday as staff at Planet Fitness off Route 300 in Newburgh West cut the ribbon on a brand new facility! There was live music, pizza, protein balls, fresh juice, games and prizes, and so much more as workout warriors and those new to get-in-shape game came out to get a look at the new gym which boasts 19,000 square feet of strength training, agility, and cardio equipment.
Plenty of visitors even took time to relax in one of PF's many massage chairs. We played cornhole with guests and loyal WHUD fans, took photos, and gave away some awesome prizes at the Grand Opening event, including tickets to see Avril Lavigne in concert and to check out a Hudson Valley Renegades baseball game.
