WATCH: Brilliant Way to Repurpose Leftover Charcuterie

The inspo comes from actress-turned-homemaker Tiffani Amber Thiessen. Yep, Kelly Kapowski from 'Saved By The Bell' and Valerie Malone on 'Beverly Hills, 90210'. 

Tiffani got her own cooking show the likes of Valerie Bertinelli and Trisha Yearwood and it turns out she's pretty great in the kitchen! She's a self-proclaimed 'Queen of Leftovers' and I see why. As of late, I've become obsessed with her Instagram because she posts such simple but smart recipes that even I can replicate. One of her most recent videos became a lightbulb moment for me. Just watch below how she turned her leftover charcuterie into a whole other appetizer as part of her 'Here We Go Again'!

 

Mind BLOWN! All the savory and sweet flavors work perfectly and the ingredients (cheese, crackers, etc.) end up giving this spread the perfect consistency. I ended up just using mine as a dip, but you could totally do like Tiff shows and put it all over puffed pastry or dough and make pinwheels.
